PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your order in the following ways. Please select the one that suits you.

1. CREDIT CARD
Regarding the payment by Credit Card, we cooperate with Piraeus Bank, who guarantees for the high security level of the transactions. The acceptable cards are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Visa cards.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of Piraeus Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

2. BANK DEPOSIT
You can transfer the amount for your purchase, to our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Our bank account details will be send it to you after you choose “Bank Deposit” as payment method.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING IN GREECE
Your orders are shipped through the courier company and the delivery takes 3-5 business days. Shipping orders to Greece is free.

SHIPPING IN EUROPE
All validated orders are sent on working days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted in the shipping time). missEton39.com is not responsible for any delay in delivery, due to reason imponderables. Once you order, we process your order and we inform you about the exact delivery time in your area.

In case of individual order (clothes cut and sewn to the customer’s measurements / with fabric / color of his choice) the above delivery time of the product begins after the 15th day of the order.

The above delivery times may be delayed due to events of force majeure and unforeseen and emergency conditions as indicated by the spread of the covid-19 pandemic and for how long these conditions last.

The products need 5-7 business days for delivery.

RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

In case you have registered an order and you want to cancel it, please contact us. We will do our best to serve you. Important: Contact us as soon as possible. We always try to achieve immediate deliveries. So, if your order has been launched, there will be no time to cancel it.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The products that appear in our online store are available for shipment. Item sizes not available are marked as unavailable. In exceptional cases (eg festive periods, discount periods) there may be failures in the availability of products due to simultaneous registration of an order by customers. You will not be charged for products that we will not be able to send you.

We work hard to ensure the integrity of the availability of our products. Rarely can failures occur.

Both our collection and the availability of our products are updated very regularly! For this reason it is worth visiting us often!

RETURNS

If your purchase did not completely satisfy you, you can easily return the product to its original packaging. The return can be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. You can not return a product that was made to individual order (garment cut and sewn to the customer’s measurements / with fabric / color of his choice) unless this is a defective product.

RETURN THROUGH COURIER – COURIER

Pack the product you want to return to its original packaging, call the Courier company you want and send it to the following address: Douridos 5, 11634 Athens, Greece. Place the product in a secure container to prevent any damage on return. You will be charged with the cost of returning the product to us.

MONEY RETURN

It will be executed with the same means of payment that you used for your initial purchase. COD: The amount will be refunded to the account you have stated. Payment by Credit / Paypal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card. The return time depends on the bank you work with.

CHANGE / REPLACEMENT

In case you wish to change the product you are returning with another one, please fill in the online return form with which item you want the item you are returning to be changed (code & size). You can contact +30 2107212353 for any additional information. The cost of returning the product to replace it with another is borne by you. The only exception is the case in which the return of the product for its exchange with another is done for the first time and the return is made from Greece. For the return of the product for the first time from Greece, the return costs are borne by us. For any subsequent returns as well as for returns from abroad even for the first time the return costs are borne by you. In case of defective product the return costs are borne by us. The new product will be sent to you upon receipt by us of the returned product within the delivery time listed below.

CREDIT / VOUCHER

In case you want a credit / voucher, as soon as we receive the returned item we will send you in the form of a code a credit with the value of the item you returned. In your next purchase you can use it. The use can be done in our e-shop or in one of the stores we work with.

The duration of the credit is 6 months from its receipt.

Credit issued at a physical store can only be redeemed at the store issued by the credit / voucher and not electronically.

RETURN POLICY

To complete the return process immediately please make sure you do not have multiple order returns in one package.

If the items have been damaged due to use, we reserve the right to return the product to the sender.

All products purchased from our online store can be returned to the partner stores within a certain period of time at your own risk.

Payment methods

The payment of each order is made with absolute security using VISA and MASTERCARD credit card of any bank through SSL (Security Certificate & SSL Technology), the confirmation of which is done through the 3D Secure Network system of VISA and MASTERCARD. It is also possible to pay via secure PayPal transaction or cash on delivery.

Transactions over five hundred (500.00) Euros can be made only by banking means, ie either by debit / credit card or via Paypal. Therefore, orders whose total price exceeds this amount cannot be paid by cash on delivery.

Deliveries can be made in all regions of the world. We always try to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

COLLECTION FROM STORE

You have the option to pick up your order from our studio, at the address: 5 Douridos, 11634 Athens, by phone.

In order to receive the parcel of your online order from the studio, you must present the order confirmation e-mail as well as a valid identification document.

Your parcel will be in our studio for 5 working days from the day the confirmation e-mail is sent to you. If you do not manage to receive it within the above time period, your order will have to be canceled & the products you have selected will be released.

ORDER PROCESSING

You can be constantly informed about the progress of your order through the “My Account” page. If you have chosen pick-up from the studio, you will receive a relevant e-mail informing you of the date your order is ready to pick-up.

Once your order leaves our premises, you will be sent a relevant e-mail that will include the shipping number with a link. This way you will be able to be informed about the progress of your order at any time you wish.

LOSSES

Extensive quality controls are performed on all our products.

If, however, the package you receive is damaged, please contact us.

When your order is delivered, check the packaging and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

If the damage / wear is significant please follow these steps:

If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel and sign the delivery receipt noting the damage.
If the parcel looks severely damaged, you can refuse to receive your order. In this case, contact us immediately.

When contacting us, please provide your order number and shipping number.

Your order will be canceled so you can place new ones.

In case you have chosen Credit / Debit card or Paypal as payment method, we will refund the amount of your order according to the above.

If you notice a defective product upon receipt of any of the items you can proceed immediately to return as mentioned above.
